This is such a shocking case moreso as it is alleged her father sexually assauted the 13 month old on the night she died but a catologue of "errors" has ensured he has not been charged.

It's sickening Cherie,this poor little baby,I hope some justice is served in someway,I think I heard today an MP was talking about this case,so hopefully something will be done .

Yes the labour MP John Woodcock is furious about this case,as I am sure many MPs in all Parties are.

I hope he succeeds in getting answers and more looked into as to the failures of this shocking suffering to this Baby.

It makes you feel really mad just thinking on it.

I just wonder if this guy has friends that are protecting him, how could they just "lose' a lot of the evidence

I thought I had heard something Joey,good for him,I too hope he succeeds in bringing that sub species to some sort of justice.

Simon Hughes is also calling for this to be re-opened too.

However according to a govt Mnister, no further action can be taken until a 2nd inquest as been held.
This really smells terrible.
