ZAYN Malik is all set to make his return to the music charts this week.

Jumping on Twitter this Sunday morning, the former One Direction member teased fans with a topless photo with all the details about his rumoured new single.

Said to be called Pillow Talk, Zayn will be releasing the hotly anticipated track this Friday.

And as you can imagine, his Twitter fans were besides themselves with excitement.

One very keen Zayn fan wrote: "@zaynmalik I'm gifting 100 copies to people to get it to #1 follow me!"

Another added: "@zaynmalik you are so talented and deserve the world. This will be your year. cant wait to see what the future holds for you #PillowTalk."

And of course, Gigi Hadid's boyfriend had the track trending within minutes on the social media site.

This isn't the only big Zayn breakthrough this week either as he will also be doing his first solo interview.

Set to appear on the Graham Norton Show on Friday 29, it looks like it will officially become Zayn Malik day.

If that date sounds familiar in relation to laughing boy Zayn it’s because it’s the one year anniversary of him leaving One Direction. We’re sure that was accidental.
