I get a free pack of cheese!

So as some of you may know I complained to Pilgrims Choice as the block of cheese I got had loads of mould.

I received a really nice letter today with a free coupon to get a free pack up to the value of £5.

Lucky me.

Yeah. They've pretty much just replaced the pack, you haven't really been given anything extra for their poor service. I would've thought you'd deserve a little more.

It's not really their fault the cheese was mouldy it might have been the shops fault, that's probably why it was only replaced.
