My mother was an usherette, she was stood on stage on the trapdoor at the wrong time and slowly disappeared with her ice creams aloft, dad thought it was hilarious, thought she looked good in her unform and stalked her until she agreed to go out with him..or so I hear.

I didn't believe this until my dad's friend independently said this as well :joker: so funny. Apparently he'd fallen down another open manhole and had damaged his knee in some way... what did my mum ever see in him?)
