Jack is currently on bail regarding a charge of drink driving. He had to get special permission to enter the house (I wish they hadn't granted it). So how could he say that he had never been arrested? You can't be bailed for an offence if you have never been arrested for it.:puzzled:

Jade Goody's boyfriend Jack Tweedy has been arrested on suspicion of assault.

The 19-year-old boyfriend of the reality TV star chased youths outside their £500,000 Essex home after they shouted abuse at Jade.

A neighbour told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "A gang of up to 15 teenagers have been coming into the road for one purpose - abusing Jade. They've been doing it for weeks.

"Jade has always been very restrained, but two weeks ago she had an extremely heated exchange. She put this lout in his place and they all left.

"But they came back on Wednesday (20.12.06) while Jade was putting the kids to bed.

"Jack came out in his pyjamas. He'd simply had enough.
