View Full Version : How many meals do you eat per day?

We're all encouraged to eat 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) but do you personally do this every day? Or are you alright to skip a meal and make it up through a big lunch/whatever or snack throughout the day, etc.?

I don't like to go overboard with the eating.

When i'm at work its just Breakfast, lunch and dinner.. if i'm at home for the day then my eating routine is all over the place

Just the two usually. Never wake up in time for breakfast unless it's a work day in which case I'm in a rush and just have a cup of tea.

Four usually. Breakfast around seven. Lunch half past 12. Dinner at half five. And there's usually a snack in there somewhere :)

Four square meals a day - always - but of varying sizes and never usually at set times. I eat when I'm hungry usually - apart from breakfast which I eat without fail as a habit. 'Listen to your body'.

Pretty much the same most days, always make sure I have breakfast. It's like exercise, I am on that exercise bike for a set time every single day unless feeling under par, then I usually do extra the next day.

I don't know how those who don't eat breakfast function :shocked:

I've missed breakfast on the odd occasion and when it's got to about 11 i literally eat all the crap i can :( so your mum is right Josy :smug: if i missed breakfast i'd be obese :shocked:

I eat snacks at least three times a day but tend to have a sandwich or cheese and crackers rather than a meal.

Recently I've been eating everything and have become part man part hippopotamus so I'm working on my flaws and hopefully becoming skinny again soon
