At £50 million pounds PER DAY NET deficit to the UK, our 40 year old membership of the EU is THE biggest money draining scandal in the past 50 years, AND Immmigration is a subject which DEMANDS open and honest discussion and debate, but which will not be, because it is a taboo subject and is a 'Problem Which Dare Not Speak Its Name' thanks to certain aspects of 'Political Correctness' which have been siezed upon and manipulated by the same sinister factions.

The Tories have been well and truly exposed by this revelation Arista, and Farage has - once again - been PROVED correct, but NOTHING will change as a result.

I don't like what Farage stands for Kirk but regardless of that, I want him to be voted in or not through fair and honesty campaigning. He stuck to the rules, the Tories didn't, so in this instance I'm very much on his side.

I am not surprised at this at all and as much as I disagree with UKIP,well really the only 2 issues I disagree with them on are the EU and immigration,their big policies unfortunately.
I can almost take on board they would look at and make sure the NHS was more soundly funded and also I like a lot of their social polices as they were in the election.

What I do like from Farage he speaks what he means and from what he believes in most of the time.

As to this being uncovered, nothing will change as has been said.

For clarity this involves two by-elections which were won by Ukip after Tory MPs defected (Mark Reckless in Rochester and Strood and Douglas Carswell in Clacton) and one by-election in Newark which was won by the Conservatives after the sitting Tory MP for the constituency resigned. The seat that Farage contested in the general election is not involved.

I would really like to see the paperwork around this claim. If it's found they have cheated the Agent could be jailed, and I don't know any Agents who are so fond of the people they represent they'd risk jail for them. If the Agent has ****ed up, it's the end of his or her career.

There are a lot of intricacies around election expenses though. For instance, if someone gives you something for the election you still have to note it down as a notional expense... I will be shocked if this is true. I would be shocked if it was Labour and it was true. If it was UKIP, I'd expect it.
