Do you bother to lift your feet up and wash the soles of your feet in the shower or do you just let the water youre standing in do the job for you?

Yes, I lift my feet to wash them anyway, so the soap/water will wash the sole of the foot too.

If you don't lift your feet up to wash them then there is more than your sole not getting a good clean. :omgno:
