Home made burgers with loads of fillings and sauce along with some nice home made wedges. My boyfriend calls me JessDonald's when I make that.

Sometimes i add olives and feta cheese to it, it's a great lunchtime meal!

They're really nice, they taste lovely, they're salty so you don't need too much and they cost a couple of pound for a small jar. :)

Tuna steaks, Sweet potato chips, Onion salad and home made garlic mayo. It is one of the only good meals i can cook and it's amazing.

I prefer to do the roast dinner by myself (even if it's a bloody ordeal), as I think mine is better than others' in my family :worry:

Aside from that... I most look forward to cooking a cottage pie, I'm good at those. But I'm probably asked to do stir-fries and chinese dishes most by my family.

I made this recipe myself... It's a dessert... but I am famous for it at parties and events now...

They are dairy free, gluten free coconut macaroons... and they are to die for :hehe:

But if we are talking meals... I have about 4 or five curry recipes I perfected that I make in big batches and freeze is meal size portions for quick suppers
