Emma - "I'd have loved Tiffany to win"

Celebrity Big Brother host Emma Willis has revealed that she would have loved Tiffany Pollard to win the show.

Speaking at Channel 5's big rebrand event in London tonight, Emma said that one of her series highlights was the moment when Tiffany spied on Scotty T in the shower.

And she suggested that the moment when Tiffany thought David Gest had died would go down in Big Brother history.

"She was just brilliant and I would have loved it if she'd won - I can say that now!" Emma joked.

"But she was one of those housemates - she went in and that whole thing with David happened and the arguing and how long it went on for, I was just like, 'Oh my God, no'. It was like another one of that girl from last series whose name I try not to remember!"

(We think she might be talking about Farrah Abraham...)

Anyway, Emma continued: "You just kind of think, 'Oh no'. But she's literally shown how you can turn it around and how you don't need to be on a side with someone or in a group.

"She was on her own, she entertained on her own, she didn't need anybody else, she was self-sufficient and she came out fourth. That's why I thought she was a deserving winner. But it's always nice to see the nice guy win, so Scotty deserved it."

Tiffany - who topped the Digital Spy winner's poll - also has a fan in Bit on the Side host Rylan Clark-Neal.

"I would work with Tiffany in a heartbeat," he revealed. "I was with her yesterday on This Morning - she's such a lovely girl. She's so normal. But she only has to say one thing that's normal to her but I'm on the floor in fits of laughter. I think she's great and I would like to see her have a great career over here."

It looks like it could happen, as Tiffany recently revealed that she has received a lot of offers since leaving the house.

And she also opened up about how Celebrity Big Brother has "grown her up quite a bit".

Emma really isnt consistent with her high and mighty judgments. Tiff said she had a bloke for 3 years meeting her needs, isnt that a BF ? Daley isn't a violent person really, the show didn't even get The Police involved when it was happening which shows it was fake, that stunt was setup to excuse Conor's behaviour the series before over his “I want to rape Deana with an Epilator” gag (excuse the pun) by the off chance that I'm wrong and that it was real then I agree that it's a disgrace that people took his side.

Tiffany would have been a worthy winner...if just for the 'David is dead' incident...but there was so much more.

The real winners are both her and Stephanie. They are still be talked/debated about...the rest are already forgotten.

Scotty only won because of his followers. He won before he even walked into the house due to the numbers, which is why both Emma and Rylan had him picked to win. Plus he got a big share of Gaz's fan votes with his cheat. No other housemate had a chance, no matter what they did.

I know this is an old debate, but I watched the whole event live not just the HLs. He was aggressive and controlling, he lied about BB ordering Hazel to go to bed after an aggressive rant on his own. He then tried to dominate the lady into his bed and got frustrated when she wouldnt comply.

IMO Hazel despite having her throat grasped never understood things had gone nasty,even after BB jumped in,hence no legal fallout.

The bloke pleaded endlessly on SM he was inocent,but full live stream coverage dosent lie. well mostly :laugh::wavey:

My experience of a lot of the Tiffany fans I spoke with was that they genuinely believed the show is Rigged against a black woman ever achieving first place...the person who is the face of the show and who's job it is to interview the housemates on their way in and on their way out is Emma....she is one of many integral parts of how the show moves forward and there were many threads being supported on here that attacked her.
Would be nice to see a Tiffany fan admit that maybe they were wrong and acknowledge that the show isn't rigged and in fact even Emma Willis, who is the face of the show, was on Tiffanys side all along....
It's great that Emma said what she said but it does how ever make hypocrites out of some who want to celebrate that fact now.

I don't think Emma or Rylan should be voicing who their favourites are if it were a show still keeping to the original concepts. It's not the same show anymore, it has no validity as a social experiment, it is trash TV. Winning means nothing, it has less value than watching animals at the zoo.

Not saying Emma rigged the show, I'm saying her announcement further disproves the accusation that it was rigged against Tiffany

BOTS made it clear they were backing Tiffany for weeks
The Press called her the most entertaining housemate
The Live from the House show was heavily steered in her direction
Judi James said she wanted Tiffany to win

And now, Emma Willis has said Tiffany was her favourite.....


Seems hypocritical, that Tiffany fans are here to celebrate proof of her support yet the general consensus amongst them was that the show was rigged against her.

And next season it will be the same story all over again.:laugh :laugh:
