My sister doesn't do that. My mum doesn't do that and my female friends don't do that either. So I don't see why it's a girl thing. I know it makes straightened hair frizzy but I don't think straight hair looks very nice anyway. Also those f**cking things are at eye level for anyone taller that 5ft!
