Hi all

If there was a programme that made me think twice about - smoking, sunshine, partying, drinking, clubbing, kids - it's this one.

Watched last nights episode (25.01.07) my god poor love!!!
After she had a makeover some people said she looked 34. I am 34 - if I had a makeover I would look like a feotus!!!

So does this programme make you want to look after yourselves or think what the heck - they can cut me up later and make me look great again.

If I had the cash - maybe a little tweek here and there!!!

Id rather live and have it etched on my face than be dull and look like barbies boyfriend ken. Im 34 to but look older, ive had some good times along the way though........

I'm 33, and I think I look my age. I certainly don't look like some of the middens you see on Ten Years Younger.

I don't strive for perfection, but at the same time, I don't wanna look like an old hag before I'm 40.
