I mean she referred to Shilpa as 'The Indian' a few times and couldn't pronounce her name properly. Which did annoy me, I'll admit as her whole attitude regarding the matter stunk. But other than that, I don't think she was that bad. And certainly nowhere near the level of nasty compared to what Jade, Jack, and Danielle said about Shilpa the following week. Infact, I don't think she was nasty at all. She feuded with Shilpa but I don't think she bullied her like the other four did. It was more of a love-hate relationship. Not to mention she was actually a mess of a HM :laugh:

Although Jack may have not been prominent in the whole race row - but when he was, he made some really nasty comments such as telling Shilpa to pick soup remains out of the toilet using her teeth, referring to her as the 'C' word numerous times and allegedly was the only one who used a racial slur and called her the P word.

I mean I personally think Danielle was worse out of everyone, but Jack's outside history also affects my judgement of him as well as the whole race row thing. Ik it shouldn't but it does.

I've always said the same thing in regards to Jim. From purely a storyline perspective I felt that he was a good winner, the hated figure with a dark past realising his wrongs to come out a better and beloved person sounds like a great concept on paper, and I understand why production decided to tell this story, but the issue was I felt was that it was shoehorned into a story that didn't fit the narrative. Yes Jim was the victim to a lot of Linda's injust behaviour, but it ignores the fact that Jim manipulated the situation to push Linda's buttons and create scenarios in which Jim would look the better person by default. The real story of the season should have been 'Jim gets taken down by strong feminists Linda and Luisa' rather then 'Poor Jim gets hacked to death by these two nagging housewives'.

That being said I still would have rather him win then Dappy.

mhmm, and it's more of an issue with Channel 5 and production and the people behind the making of the show, but Jim's win started a trend where it's actually to your benefit to be human garbage and have a resume full of questionable **** because the public will fall for your BS "growth" story arc. Like, how was someone like Sam Faiers supposed to demonstrate how much they grew throughout the series? Patsy Kensit? It's just realy gross to me.

You know what, I don't think Shilpa would've gone over Jade even if the race didn't happen. I remember at the time and even reading back a few threads from 2007 last week when I was re-watching it that Shilpa was shortening in the odds to win and was slowly becoming more popular (this was about Day 5/6 or so it was way before the race row) and Jade's odds were drifting and she wasn't really popular (not to mention many people were against the whole idea of bringing her back in the first place so people would've voted her out for that reason too). I may be wrong, I mean odds aren't always accurate. But I think there could've been a possibility of Jade still going - only difference is to a much closer result than her over 80% against Shilpa with the race row. I think it would've been close between them.

And yes Shilpa was a queen all the way through. :clap2:

Idg how Linda is evil compared to a sexist, homophobic, and racist simpleton. Okay, yeah he wasn't like that in the house etc etc whatever, but still. He hasn't changed and I didn't really buy into his whole changed redemption arc and the extreme love he got was infuriating. Linda's only weakness was that she never let go, but Jim was a troll and a ****-stirrer who tried to make Linda look bad and made it seem like he was the victim and the public fell for it...as usual. :rolleyes:

Jade was awful in CBB5, but she's not as bad as Jack and Danielle. At least Jade has some redeemable qualities compared to the other two.

Plus I judge both her stints separately. Liked her in BB, didn't in CBB. Her CBB5 stint doesn't affect my positive opinion on her in BB3 and vice versa.

I didn't see him on Hell's Kitchen but apparently he taunted Brian Dowling with homophobic slurs. I saw a clip on YouTube where he was mocking him with the abbreviation of 'GAY' being 'Good As You' or something like that and Brian was sat there crying. :umm2:

Well actually Jim was supposed to be in CBB11 a year ago but I'm guessing the horrible stuff with Brian meant they were wary of going through with him. So once Brian left they could put him right in. Shame though, as there's no way Jim would've won in CBB11 with Rylan being such an obvious win. Glad they didn't put poor Brian through that though because Jim really did bully him.
