I've had red pesto before which is ok, but green pesto all the way.

pesto is always a yes... I usually keep a jar or two in the freezer made form the basil I collect in the summer from the garden.

Oh dear! Once I was at my godmothers house and she was trying to make me eat the tomato sauce she made, one was plain tomato and other was fishy.

So I eventually said yes to trying the plain tomato one and it turned out she had just made one sauce and it was fishy and I nearly puked and died.

Oh and to top it off the cheese was smoked as well :(

I love the fresh green pesto from the fridge in ALDI, I miss it so much, ever since I left Ireland I've only had the jarred preserved pesto. :(
