What do you use to do it? natural fiber brush, sea foam, gloves, loofah, Microdermabrasion or other products...

St ives once a week on my face and sea salt once a week on my bod.

I use Bernard Jensen's Body Brush Natural about once a week right before showering... but it can't be a post workout shower, cause I do dry skin... one brush for my body, one for my face and neck..

I start at my feet and work up my legs and up my body towards my heart....then up my arms to my heart ... etc.

it makes the whole body vibrate and it increases circulation... just lovely :flutter:
