It's gonna take time for the Oscars to give black Actors an equal opportunity to win the Oscars as white people get.

And tbf what about the poor Asian Actors? They don't win the Oscars either and I'm assuming that there's some good Asian Actors in Films (I don't watch too many Films) and a lot of the ones that I've seen don't seem to have too many Asian Actors in them so I'm probably not the best one to judge on that front on if they deserve it or not, it's just a shame that they don't even seem to get nominated.

One more thing came to mind. If they had more roles for minorities, the nomination field would be more evenly distributed but that's up to the screenwriters/directors I guess.
