Well this could go one of two ways, if an international All Stars series (or just a few guests) takes place and they turn what many BB fans have dreamt of into a reality, Big Brother Canada is about to skyrocket to my favourite reality show of all time :cheer2:

However, if they dare go all the way and implement the BBUK format (as I have feared over the last few seasons with the increased fan interactivity), there is a very good chance I won't be watching altogether, which will be a real shame :(

But BBCan has always tried to position itself as a hybrid of both the US and UK formats and have allowed viewers to influence things many times (including the first ever public vote eviction) and it's always gone down well, I have said over the years they better never go all the way but do you know what, I'm starting to think it might be true and I'm worried :worry:

I think it's important to note that all of the viewer votes on BBCan thus far were conducted online and those are notoriously skewed across BB's around the world. If the BBUK format was implemented I'm sure they'd have a televote which could completely swing things

Regardless, the thought of the BBCan houseguests nominating two people each and the public voting...EW, I couldn't think of anything more dull :sleep:

Various people were naming housemates they'd like to see, just because some of those happened to actually be BB Canada contestants doesn't make mentioning them any more relevant if they haven't been rumoured either.

That'd actually be the worst outcome for me (but I wouldn't be surprised), the best part of the US format IMO is the house vote and if they're gonna implement some kind of consistent viewer vote it needs to be before the direct control over who is evicted, such as Canada being HoH, them picking a nominee, having a Veto, anything that does not involve the public controlling who leaves

That's the kind of concession I'd be willing to make if the UK were to implement the US format too, a tweaked version but one that still insists the house votes
