If the human was 100% definitely guilty (verified video evidence, or whatever) of an unprovoked murder of an innocent person then I'd shoot them just 'cause. Any other scenario I'd shoot the elephant.

I don't think I could kill another person. It's not to say that I think the elephants life is less important in this scenario, and there are situations where I think people don't deserve to live depending on what they've done. But if I had to pull the trigger myself, I don't think I could bring myself to shoot a person. So I'd choose the elephant, but only in a situation where I was forced to :fist:
