SO i eat one today at around 07:15 as i had finished my toast and still had some coffee left and there was a cream egg in the fridge, it was lush |
But would you eat one at that time or do you have some weird thing about eating chocolate at breakfast time?

They are made of cheapo chocolate http://www.sherv.net/cm/emoticons/sick/being-sick.gif
A couple of chunks of galaxy chocolate with a coffee in the morning however sounds good.

First of all, where did they find 193 clinically obese and non-diabetic adults, ages 20 to 65... that is surprising in itself
but I think the key to this study is the people eating the chocolate are eating full breakfasts and not chocolate and honey toast :nono:

Hot cross buns are not particularly sweet and with the dried fruit quite healthy, honey is very good for the immune system so apart from the creme egg it sounds okay for breakfast

Yes, as long as it was with coffee and not buttered soldiers.
I normally start my day with a coffee and two digestives, not a breakfast fan but need to have food before all the meds.
I'd eat two or three, maybe with some Cadbury's fingers as soldiers.
