Jay's BS makes the show for me so him, then Will's sarcasm in second. Then Simon > Neil cause the thick act can wear thin

Hard to decide the placement between Neil, Simon and Jay. But i really like them all really, and they all make the show. Without anyone of them, it wouldn´t be as good as it could be.
