Feel sorry for Danielle?

Even thought i dislike her. I think it was really harsh that Teddy dumped her whilst she was in the house.
He could of waited until she was out, and then tried to sort things out with her.
Also loosing her model contract, she gave up miss britain for him.

I think he acted too soon if he has ended her over a show but does goes to show he didn't love her otherwise he would support her through it all. It doesn't look good on him though so I can see why he ended things. I feel for her a little because of her age but she was much worse than Jade or Jo and deserves to get treated just as they did.

Straight facts - she didn't "give up" the Miss Gb title for Sherringham as the OP suggests.

She was stripped of the title after it was revealed she slept with Sherringham while he was a judge at Miss GB.

Shagging the judge to curry favour is nothing new - it shows that she is quite willing to be devious in her dealings [lets be kind in our description]

there was suspicion about her "relationship" with sherringham prior to the discovery of the cheating - she denied flat out that she and Sherringham were ever anything to each other - it shows she is quite capable of lying to the world and his wife in an attempt to get herself out of trouble.

The ******* off home" remark followed by the "she doesn;t even speak english properly" remark being excused as not racist bey the apologists - well how about a litle experiment.

Walk up to an Asian person in the street, to be above board - pick one with a pronounced accent, and say "I think you should **** off home - you don't speak english properly" and see where it gets you.

Go into an Indian restaurant and demand that the food is prepared by staff who do not use their fingers - see where that gets you.

Go up to an Asian woman in the chemist, one who is buying that bleach stuff Shilpa was using and then ask her if she's buying it because she wants to be white - see where that gets you.

People with my opinon that she is a nasty racist manipulative little tart are being told that we should let it go because she is "naive", she has "suffered enough - especially since her Teddy dumped her" etc etc ad nauseum

I'm afraid the "testimony" of Cleo is tainted - if for no other reason that she is a vacuos airhead beholden to her agent. We've all seen the John Noel clients close ranks this week.

I have actually met / seen true racists. Bizarelly for some the most nasty racial incident I witnessed was a streetfight between two families - one Indian and one Pakistani. The police had a field day that day, but that is by the by your questions are deliberately misleading - a perfect example of the emperors new clothes analogy you twisted.

I do not need to have lived next door to a racist policeman to know that when 3 white women are going at a fourth asian woman for nothing at all other than purely bitchy reasons, and one of them states that the asian woman wants to be white - that is being racist.

I do not need to have removed any racist literature to know that when the same 3 women are bullying said asian woman, albeit for that incident with a leader and two followers, when one of the "followers" states that the asian should "******* off home" and that she can't even speak english properly - it is racist.

Well dont worry Sticksy baby, because there are a number of people who are making their minds up for themselves and viewing things with as much objectivity as is necessary, and they seem to be coming up in direct opposition to your 'clients'. No matter how much you employ your abilities as 'defence-lawyer-internet-geek-extrordinaire', the people who regularly give out just insight into the events of C Big Brother 5 dont fall under your categories of 'band-wagon jumpers' and 'sheep'.

As much as I admire your battle to support and defend various people from the series, your motivation is suspicious to say the least, and one thing for certain is that your posts are the only ones that come close to explaining away and justifying the actions of indviduals such as Danielle, but even you, with your knack for reason and logic can still not convince most of us of the innocence you imagine.

Actually the sheep analagy came from someone else, I just said I quite liked it.

Let me give you a bit of history. The post of Cyber Devil's Advocate is to put a defence, in cyberspace of a HM or organisation, that has come under heavy aprobrium. The clients are selected on that basis and assigned. My first client actually was Paul Clarke on BB2, although we did had yet to adopt the name Cyber devil's Advocate. Paul had been accused of leading Helen on, just to stay in the house and also, he had been nominated 5 times.

We then got the official job title for 2002, when I was assigned Jade, becuase everyone laid into her because she was loud. BB4 for some reason we were not required, the Cyber Devil's Advocate General of that time never said why.

BB5 I was assigned Kitten for the one week she was there, and then I was reassigned Michelle.

BB6 I was on sabattical

BB7 We had a new CDAG who hated reality TV and so I was assigned McDonalds as a corporate client.

This year I was just recalled to represent Jade again. Danielle is not my client, and I have only dealt with one comment she made since it was in the presence of my client, as for the rest of Danielles alleged infractions, that is up to others to handle.

The motivation has always been, that as Cyberspace has become some kind of people's court, then out of fairness these people are granted representation. If you look at the criminal court, the defendent, no matter who they are or with what they are accused, is entitled to proper representation.

I do note, in passing that vitriol against someone people here have never met, is very unsettling, and to continue with historical references even further back, it is very reminicent of the Roman colleseum, with people shouting for blood. such attitudes and displays seems to exhibit the very behaviour that those doing it purport to be condemning, and demeens us all.

I think she knows somethings up because of the way Jade left and the chanting for Jo to get her out. She was part of that gang and acted terrible. I think he could apply for one of the new openings at the Office of the Cyberspace Prosecution Service. We Cyber Devil's Advocates were offered a chance to move over, as the existance of the Cyber Devil's Advocate General is under review, but some of us chose to take early retirment, based on the old maxim "Rumpole always Defends" As a Cyber Prosecuter he would be a natural.
