She's become so pretentious I dont even see the charm that people once spoke of. Ive never really liked her, but at least she was just silly and stupid. Now, she actually believes shes a very important person. Its a little bit tragic.

Well snobby, vain and arrogant are 3 different things, so the question should be re-phrased, but Shilpa has conclusively proved she's no snob. She even empathised with Jades disgusting behaviour in the aftermath.

A snob is someone who regards other peoples tastes inferior to their own, so Jo is a huge candidate for snob. She thinks everyones inferior to her.
