she was playing in "blew away by some distance" in Essex.
They are being held on suspicion of manslaughter by gross negligence
following the incident in Harlow Town Park at about 4.15pm on Saturday.]

I don't think the parents can be blamed, it was windy yesterday but not stormy and if the fair was open you have a right to expect they are adhering to health and safety, the castle can't have been anchored properly, apparently there was an incident last year with the castle collapsing with kids in it at the same ground :umm2:
