Depends what's on it other than the basics of cheese and meat.

A Chicken Legend's nothing without streaky bacon and BBQ sauce.

I did on the very few occasions as a child when we went to Mc D's

and a little tip from someone who worked there as a teen... the best way to ensure your food is fresh and ... well not tampered with at a fast food joint is to order it with something extra or without something specific... then they have to make it from scratch... although you wait an extra minute or two... it's worth it

does UK McD's have a veggie meal... like a veggie burger??

We don't here... and the things they have on their veggie menu are usually slathered in bad salad dressing so I don't use

A lot of them wouldn't be arsed to charge an extra 10p but it has happened to me on occasion, yeah. Not that they don't still put them in anyway.

Well you are getting paid to follow the customers orders so i don't know why it's an issue. People could be allergic to them, like me they make me feel sick. Are you willing to allow customers to have an allergic reaction/feel sick all because you can't be bothered?

a customer at BK who used to smell always ordered "6 nuggets in a bun" and a tea "made properly" (which, according to her, meant milk in first) and she'd scream at you if you did it wrong

Not too keen on McD's burgers tbh, I prefer BK but when I do get something from McD's its a quarter pounder with everything on it.

One of my nephews just order a plain burger, no cheese/salad/pickle etc

But yeah if I'm very hungry I'll get a Big Mac and if I'm not as hungry I'll get two cheeseburgers
