Meghan Trainor is ready, willing and able to fill one of the empty judging slots on The X Factor.

The 'Dear Future Husband' singer enthusiastically pitched herself for a seat on Simon Cowell's X Factor panel during a chat with KISS FM.

"I would love to do it; I want to do it so bad," she declared, adding: "I'm gonna do it, I will, I promise!"

I wouldn't say it comes down to singing ability, especially when you consider the likes of Simon/Sharon/Louis etc can't sing - it's more the fact that she lacks any real personality so won't exactly be interesting as a judge :shrug:

I get that , but the others at least have some experience of what it takes to make it in the music industry,not too sure about Cheryl,but most of the other judges have at least had some creedence.whether singing or behind the scenes.
