Former company boss Vijay Sisodiya, 50, had originally agreed to sell the four-bedroom Surrey home in January after his wife Maya left, and contracts were exchanged with the new owners.
But he later refused to leave, even when the furnishings were removed and the power shut off, leaving nothing but an 'empty shell', the High Court heard.

I was so tempted not going to lie, or I was going to hide in the loft on the second floor, there was like a door from the bathroom into the attic space so I could have easily kept clean.

The silly Billy.
One of my favourite time wasting excercises is trawling through different areas on Rightmove....and others of similar ilk.
