[The makers of Dolmio are warning consumers that some
of their sauces have so much salt, fat and sugar they should
only be eaten once a week.
Mars Food is introducing new labels to
distinguish between "everyday"
and "occasional" products.
All Dolmio lasagne meal kits, lasagne sauces,
oven bake kits and pesto will fall into the latter category.]

Vanessa
what will you do?
I don't suppose many people will use their sauces more then once a week anyway.
I like fat, sugar and salt, so it wouldn't put me off. It would put me of more if it didn't contain them.

:joker: who wants to live forever!!
Complete waste of money anyway, can get a better tasting sauce with pure passata, tomatoes, Italian herbs peppers and/or garlic.

Not me, I'm looking forward to being tucked up in my nice comfortable coffin.
Apparently if I've been a good little boy I can live in Paradise, I hope the paved parking lot is still there.
Ragu is better for bringing out the Italian in us.

This, always baffled me why people buy dolmio.

I never tasted turkey mince but I did taste a chicken sausage once and it was gross.....probably not relevant at all but I thought I would share anyway :hee:
But yeah, it's the tomato sauces I'm not really into although I'm not overly fond of pasta in general either

I make my own from a glass jar I get from Aldi
All you do it heat in in a pan and add black pepper and then use when hot
