two strangers in frenzied attacks.

His defense are arguing he's not responsible and something basically came over him... :nono:
He went out with a knife after reading about people he idolised, he clearly planned to commit these murders, it worrys me that people will actually stand in court and argue for this disgusting person to have a light sentence, they clearly have no concierge if they want him out on the streets to hurt another innocent person.

Mental health issues are not taken into account past mild depression then? This boy/man obviously has some troubling psychosis.
It happens, not everyone functions normally for whatever reason.

Because without good lawyers on both sides of a trial, we would be sending innocents to jail, the mentally insane to inappropriate institutions and allowing the guilty to walk free.
We could ask the same of a doctor who is asked to save the life of a murderer, they do it because that's what they are trained to do.
