Yes, one of my biggest fears!

I get so worked up whenever I get the flu jab, I nearly faint every time! And I threw up last time I had to have a blood test done.

Hate them!

I would rather have an injection than take pills or medicine really so no.
Anyway I am a blood donor so well used to needles.

Bless you Tom, you just think about it too much probably and so get yourself into a lather. Just try and concentrate your mind on something else if you can when you have them.

I don't like needles and it comes from a memory of my first injection from a doctor with this huge metal syringe .... none of this plastic, sterile, disposable rubbish that we have these days

Jessica.

No, but I don't love it. Jab it in me, just be quick about it.

I don't mind them to be quite honest, I have them like every 6 months so I'm use to it.

Yeah I definitely think way too much about it, because usually after it's done I realise it's no big deal

I'm a lot better these days I guess! I remember when we all had to get injections in primary school and I literally screamed the place down - no joke!

I don't think I could ever get used to it! One of the reasons why I'm terrified of diabetes, imagine having to stick a syringe into yourself on a daily basis :omgno:

Because people can express their own ****ing emotions and have fears
There's people that are scared of pickles ffs

Or you get a doctor/nurse who's really bad at taking blood, I never minded getting blood taken until this one time when the nurse couldn't find a vein so she kept stabbing me with the ****ing needle and then moved on to my other arm, found one, then when she was changing those little Vials the needle came out a bit so blood started spurting from my arm so she was twisting the needle around under my skin trying to get it back in the vein again. Both my arms were covered in bruises aferwards :/

Don't mind them as long as I don't watch, the feeling doesn't bother me. I've got/had loads of piercings too (ears, lip, eyebrow, tongue etc) and that doesn't bother me either!

Thankfully it is not one of my phobias, I have two large injections a day plus a couple of finger pricks, blood tests on a far too regular basis as well.
The worst is when they couldn't find a vein in my arms and had to eventually go into the inside of the top of my foot, no way was I leaving that room until she managed, 8 th attempt.
I understand Tom's horror, my best friend is a nurse and can't stand the sight of injections.
