It's a bit of an eye sore but red looks better than orange from last year

Isn't that what it was like in series 1?
But good they're doing a graphics update. :clap1: Time to update the live set too.
Although, it won't change the fact the show is dead in the water really.

The live set will have to be updated as the studio they use is being turned into flats.
Foundation Studios was sold to a property developer in Jan 2016.

It's a set. They can literally dismantle and rebuild it in a new studio.
Lostie!

No studio is as big as Fountain though, so they will need to make some sort of compromise to make it work. I'm assuming they'll move to Maidstone since Elstree will be used for Strictly.

I had no idea Fountain had closed! :o
I've just done a bit of research on it though and according to this article (http://www.itv.com/news/london/2016-01-20/x-factor-studios-may-be-bulldozed-to-make-way-for-new-homes/) the landlord has agreed for the studios to continue to be used for up to five years. And, by the looks of its Applause Store page, the Britain's Got Talent semi-finals are still being held there. So they may not have to relocate just yet.
Shepperton would be next on the list surely?

I like the rebrand, the show has been in dire need of a change in aesthetics for ages now, so it's welcome.
And yeah there was a petition to save Fountain Studios from being sold to developers back in January.

Exactly!
I liked last year's logo with a yellow background.
This one is a tragic.
