Im NotBob but i can help you.
Its 14 years since i joined the vape crew.
Still people cry because it is new.
But enough testing has been done to know it WILL help you.
I smoked nail coffins all day and that is true.
But ecigs made it easy to kick the habit i wish that more knew.
Now the medical profession agree that it is all true.

I had my lungs examined now that my breathings not heavy.
I can breath better and my chest has cleared already.
It would be stupid not to promote ecigs but there is always some sweaty Betty that presumably would rather see 6 million (http://www.cdc.gov/tobacco/data_statistics/fact_sheets/fast_facts/) people a year die from carrying on smoking which is just petty.
