I started TARCan1 a long time ago but then got busy with real life stuff so I never finished :( but now that Jemmett are going to be on I *NEED* to binge watch all three seasons in preparation for this.

I've seen all 3 TAR Canada seasons and they're all brilliant :love: The casts are so diverse too. I won't go into spoilers but the only downside is at times it can feel quite predictable/repetitive. It really is good though!

And it's cool that Jemmett are on Season 4! I don't really care for them as much as everyone else does but I will probably root for them anyway!

If anyone cares btw I'd say 2 > 1 > 3

Not necessarily, there have been teams before that consist of exes (aka guaranteed trainwrecks)

They could be doing the race to try and rekindle their love for each other :laugh:

Good start, the Canadian version has been ahead of the US one recently and this looks no different. Happy the Chinese girls survived. Jillian was hilarious, if she's like this at the front what will she be like if they're near the back of the pack? Emmett of course was boring as usual but Jillian will make up for that.

Thank GOD it was an NEL, the bottom 2 teams were actually mt top 2 so I'm so glad neither of them are gone yet. I really like all the teams so far, there's not one dislikeable team tbh, I think Jemmett might even be my least faves atm :sorry:

Just watching episode one now... (I know... bad Canadian) and I can't agree more. Wow at the diverse and interesting cast ... Is Canada the only country left who know how to cast a reality tv show :fan: ... seriously... I ask you :hehe:

oh my god, Jillian MacLaughlin, what a constellation :love: She really is the perfect person to bring over from Big Brother. I just binge watched the first two episodes and I need more.

The cast is really likable even aside from Jemmett. I'm also digging Rita and Yvette, Joel and Ashley, and Anne and Tanya. No one sucks yet. Steph and Kristen are a little too bland for me and I don't see them being much more than a competently completes tasks team but maybe they'll prove me wrong. They're not even bad, I just don't want them to win and I think there's a good chance they do.

Rita and Yvette stole episode two for me... when they used the street side emergency phone to find out where the bus was...priceless

And you are right....there is nobody that all out sucks so far this season...just people who are more my cup a tea than others

All caught up with this season.... and it has been a great one so far

Loved episode 4... if only for the fact that all the teams got shuffled... and I low key was cheering for the one who won the lag this week because they deserved it this episode... and laughed my ass of at the team that just squeaked by

Love that this season will have at least one female winner !!

just watched episode 5 and whoooops all my favorite teams are the ones with dudes in them (Jemmett :love: Joel/Ashley :love:) Rita/Yvette are a lot of fun but are consistently the least visible team, I have next to no opinion on Frankie/Amy because they just complete tasks, and Steph/Kristen are just alpha females who blandly complete tasks.

yay I'm all caught up! Sad to see Julie and Lowell go but it was bound to happen (and of course on a leg that entirely depended on vision :joker:)

my faves are still the same: Jemmett and Joel/Ashley. Rita/Yvette definitely should be one of my faves but this show is doing them no justice and they are so underedited. I still don't really care for Frankie/Amy at all, and Steph/Kristen are SO ****ING BORING and obvious winners so I'm just tired of them. Blandly Completes Tasks teams are just the worst.

Fun episode! I have good things to say about everyone which is always nice and definitely speaks volumes about this cast. Jemmett were good as always and I was happy to see them win a leg again finally, Joel and Ashley were good as well, Rita and Yvette were actually pretty prominent for once so that's always good, I found Frankie and Amy a lot more likable and more naturally funny this leg, and Steph and Kristen finally had to face some adversity this leg (even if they were still pretty boring while doing so!)

Race Demon Jillian losing her shoe was the highlight of the episode :love: and next week's preview looks like another amazing Jillian showing so I'm thrilled. I'm hoping the editing is trying to trick us and they pull off a Dave and Rachel/Matt and Dana win.

Finally got around to watch this episode and lmfao Jillian and Ashley were both in top form :love: one of them better win, but I'm not gonna get my hopes up since Steph and Kristen seem like the predictable winners :rolleyes: they're not even that bad in the grand scheme of things and they'll easily be the best TARCan winners (not like that's any hard feat to accomplish), but they're still the most boring team of the final... nine? Yikes.

I don't thing Steph and Kristen are as boring as you are suggesting... they are just the more obvious to win since they are competiton beasts... but they have had their share of melt downs and moments.
I would honestly be happy with anyone winning except Emmett...if Jill could win without him...that would be ideal lol

It was a great season... loved Jillian on the mat.... needing therapy... a the rest of the cast laughing on agreement

Super happy an all girls team won though. You say predictable.... sure maybe... but they were great to watch and great competitors ...and they deserved it.

Just watched this season. Jemmet were TV gold and the stars, I was literally dying every episode. Super shocked that people were wanting one of the other two bore teams in the finale to win, I thought this website cherished 'TV gold/entertainment'
