Ive injured my shoulder in work and went to the doctors and they diagnosed a sprained shoulder but the pain has got work and I have been stuck in hospital all day and found out I have a fractured shoulder and I have to wear a sling and let it heal natural and the bloody painkillers I'm on do not work for Ive never experienced anything like this

sorry you are in pain adam - keep topping up every 4 hours on pain killers [prescribed by hospital - sounds well painful.
Hope you feel better soon Adam  ask the doc for better painkillers, it's no good if they aren't helping.

when i had a broken arm i was running down the street with a matchbox blue jump jet and i tripped and fell, i had no hand to break my fall as one was on my new toy and the other arm was in a stookie so i hit the pavement and broke my collarbone, which stuck out of my skin
Now that was fecking sore

Your doctor is lying I expect. Unless you are on oxycodone or something then there are stronger painkillers..they just don't like to perscribe anything above codeine/tramadol :bored:
