When typing it out I tend to shorten it to Sarnie, like other words just for quickness. If I ask anyone if they want something to eat I will usually ask if they want a sandwich.

See this is why I don't trust Scotland. If someone was to ask "would you like a piece" I'd instantly assume they meant cake, and then I'd be disappointed. :fist:
