She'll be having more success with films etc, and so will be making some appearances in the UK more often, but I'd image she'll just be traveling and making the most of the opportunities presented to her.

She has signed a sit com deal with Meera Syal, Sanjiv Baskaer and those that wrote birds of a feathre.

Shes also employed Max Clifford as her UK publist!

Spotted: Shilpa Shetty in New York

Reader Chitra Sridhar spotted Shilpa Shetty, who was recently in the eye of the Big Brother controversy, on the streets of midtown Manhattan, New York a while ago.

Shilpa was buying mineral water from a street vendor.

Chitra was very happy to meet Shilpa and she requested her for a photograph. The actress obliged.

^ Hows that possible? You said she is coming on channel 5 tomorrow in the morning. Also she has extended her Uk visa stay too so how did she get to the New York?

Her future is so bright now, you can barley predict what life has got in store for her, but all i know is that she is going to have great oppertunities. I hope she makes some films in England.
