What's the silliest injury you've ever had?

I stood on a plug and took a chunk out my foot

When i worked in a bar years ago i damaged nerves in the base of my left thumb when the neck of a bottle of wine I was opening snapped in my hand. So I had stitches and a bandage on that and at the time I was living above an old pub and it had all these small steps everywhere and I tripped on one of them and when i was falling I automatically pulled my arms up to protect my thumb, landed on my elbows and ended up with my other arm in a sling (thankfully it turned out not to be broken) for a weekish so I had no hands to use for that time, it was horrendous

i fell through a skylight in Maida Vale trying to break in to my girlfriends house when I had been on the bladderisation trail (no serious injury just cuts and bruises). I also put my arm though a window at uni when i was bracing myself against a door mucking around with a pal. 10 odd stitches to my arm and one very pissed off nurse who seemed immune to my drunken charms at Ninewells in Dundee.

I was expecting the worst from this one.

My silliest injury was probably picking up an old umbrella from the middle of the road on my way home from school and throwing it onto a pile of rubbish close by, The bit that you push to open the umbrella was sticking out obviously and it sliced the palm of my hand in a precisely straight line, about three inches long. :omgno:

In December I tripped over my stupidly long laces whilst running and cut my knee and my elbow was in a lot of pain, but I finished the run like the trooper I am, but it turned out I had broken my elbow! :worry:

Drunken teenage Vicky stupidly deciding that a piece of broken glass did not look sharp so pressing it into her skin and dragging it along her left hand to prove this............

Have the ugliest scar on my hand now and you cannot miss it with the size of it :bored:
