Football League boss Shaun Harvey plans to restructure the 92-club ladder

Plans include increasing the number of teams to 100 and adding a fifth tier

The only change needed is scrapping the play offs and reverting back to top 3/4 gaining automatic promotion.

I want playoffs scrapped too. This just seems like it'd be more difficult for non league teams to get into the system.
