The only shocking thing i saw about that was they they were going to back him with a £15million kitty to sign players with. £15million!!! is that really how low Scottish football has become in the last 10 years? that is peanuts.
Although at least they are only spending what they can afford unlike some other Mickey mouse Scottish clubs.

How about Martin O'Neill? All of these managers won the Scottish Premiership with Celtic and all with the possible exception of O'Neil did f88k all with English clubs.
