All except kebabs and I'm careful with Chinese because of MSG my favorite is Korean take-away (MSG free)

I can't get Pizza Hut delivered here so a chinese is our go-to
But if I had the choice it'd be a cheesy bites every time. But then there's more with a chinese that I like. Only takeaways I don't like are kebabs and the chippy bc ours are all crap here (except the posh ones that don't deliver).

Fish and chips trumps all.
Only if they are northern.

You forgot burger and fries.
Always Pizza out of these.
Chinese is the most interesting I guess but you can't beat the simple pleasure of a pizza. Fish and chips is never as nice as it sounds, would always get a pie from there instead but even that is a bit hit or miss. Find Indian a bit overrated as well, don't know why people always go mad over a curry

..of all of those, pizza would be the one I would always choose as a takeaway...
I suspect the reason that Fish and Chips isn't doing so well, is that most people have bitter foul tasting Cod, when you should be having the nice tasting Haddock.
..and also one of the most expensive takeaway, Alf...whatever happened to cheap fish and chips...

Chinese >> Fish and Chips > Indian > Kebabs > Pizza.
In that order, best to worst.

A nice curry with loads of poppadoms and naan >>>>
I don't really like that much from a chinese, although sweet and sour chicken balls are immense. Pizza is great too, but then I've never been fussy with pizza and would easily be satisfied with an Aldi own one for a quid.

chinese is the ultimate takeaway (mainly because i love pretty much everything from the menu)

This basically, or Vietnamese ... I chose Chinese on your poll though as it's the closest I guess, and I make better pizza, indian, and fish and chips than I can buy here... and I do not use kebab
Ashley.

I've never heard anyone reply to "What takeaway shall we get?" with "Kebabs?"

I love spicy food and I just find Indian more full of flavour and a lot less stodgy than Chinese. Chinese is my least favourite on that list actually, there's about one thing I like on the menu of our local Chinese and it's the most expensive thing and it's still not as nice as most things on the Indians menu
I never order Fish and chips from the chipper, I usually either get a batter burger and chips with curry sauce or a chicken supper

Honestly, a chicken shish kebab.
I can cook Indian and Chinese pretty well, so when I want a fast food fix...which is not very often...gimme a chicken shish with lashings of chilli, garlic mayo and hummus.

I hate Indians
I'd go with a Chinese, egg fried rice and chips with sweet and sour sauce
