BB dimwit Danielle Lloyd claims she is joining EastEnders — but the soap’s bosses say she is LYING.

The model, 23, revealed her “secret” to housemates as she moaned about her public image.

She said: “They think all I do is pose for photos. But it’s not like that, it is photo-shoots, one after the other, and auditions.”

She added: “I might be in a film at the end of the year and I might be in EastEnders later this year.”

But Danielle — dumped by footballer Teddy Sheringham after the race row — did not go into more detail.

An EastEnders spokeswoman said: “I’ve not heard anything like that. It’s not true.”

OK. I'll explain. It's pretty much what she's been saying in all her interviews and it's starting to get old and sound scripted. She must have forgiven them about 1000 times by now. I want to hear something a little deeper from her.

SEXY Danielle Lloyd says she has tapes that prove Big Brother bosses edited footage to leave her “looking bad” in the explosive race row scenes.

Her lawyers have accused show chiefs of cutting crucial film which would have proved she was no racist and had not giggled over the Oxo cube row.

Endemol, which makes the Channel 4 show, could now face a multi-
million pound legal battle as Danielle, 23, tries to clear her name.

Legal experts have spent weeks studying hours of footage after model Dani raised concerns that critical scenes – including her protesting against Jade Goody’s vile rants – had been left on the cutting-room floor.

It has emerged that Danielle did try to defuse the notorious Oxo cube bust-up between Jade, 25, and Bollywood babe Shilpa Shetty, 31, but this was never shown, according to sources.

Now lawyers acting for the Liverpool lass, 23, have accused Endemol of both libel and neglect after she received death threats and found herself branded a racist.

Former Miss GB Dani is alleged to have interrupted Jade’s furious rant and tried to calm the situation, saying: “Guys, why are you fighting over an Oxo cube?”

It is claimed this is why fans saw Shilpa only ask ex-S Club singer Jo O’Meara, 27, for support while she was being attacked by Jade over the shopping list item – as she had already won the backing of Dani.

But during the final hour-long highlights show, fans did not see Danielle’s protests against the hysterical argument between the rivals.

Instead, bosses allegedly cut and spliced footage, so viewers only saw Dani laughing alongside Jo.

A source told us: “There are a few things which don’t appear to have been included in the main highlights show. It is as though it was edited to make the situation look even worse than it was and Dani looked bad.

“Dani apparently told them to stop arguing, but this was never shown. Instead, she was simply shown giggling – which made it look like she didn’t care.”

Lawyers have now set out their case in writing to Endemol, claiming the show makers “neglected their duty of care” towards the beauty.

They also claim producers libelled her by editing footage to misrepresent the former girlfriend of West Ham ace Teddy Sheringham, 40.

Dani and her family received hate mail and death threats, even while she was still on the show. These are now being investigated by police.

Endemol bosses deny negligence and libel, and have until March 14 to respond officially to the claims – after which Dani will decide whether or not to sue.

She has told how she was shocked to learn that footage of herself discussing the Oxo bust-up in the Diary Room with Cleo Rocos, 44, was cut.

Dani insisted that she instantly told Big Brother bosses she did not find the fight amusing, but said this, too, was axed.

Meanwhile, Endemol could also face criminal charges if the Crown Prosecution Service decides to press ahead with racism allegations.

Hertfordshire Police are preparing to hand over a file to prosecutors after 55,000 people lodged complaints about the show.

It is the right move for Danielle, Jade & Jo!

It is their right to clear their name.

You could want this thing to just go away, but it won't. This is not going away, if proof is available to discredit endemol.

Whether these arguments were considered racial or not. It is neither here nor there.

Each section of this investigation has to be done in a separate way. "Who takes the blame for what"

1) Can anybody make a case against "Danielle" for the comments she said, which was shown on the show?

2) Can anybody applaud Endemol for editing out more apparent racial stuff

3) Can you prosecute Endemol for editing apparent racial comments out, which is really their job anyway. To police the show's housemates.

4) Should Endemol have known better as they thought of ratings first and gambled by only showing the lesser comments, with only slight racial overtones

5) Could this investigation backfire on Danielle? as, she may have said certain more racial sounding comments which could hurt her too.

6) If Jade or Jo said worse stuff and the show chose to edit it out, then, who deserves, (legally) to take the blame? Jade & Jo or Endemol for not spotting this and should have birdwhistled the whole problem out. and warned all of them secretly within the Diary Room.

7) Should all three girls, Jade, Danielle & Jo get together and clear all their names at once? and make this a massive publiced court battle.

8) Can Big Brother find another company, who can police the show better than Endemol, if, a prosecution is made against Endemol, so that the Big Brother show can continue.

It's going to be very hard to prove either way. Plus, Jo and Danielle are going to be asked why they laughed at certain comments. Personally, I don't think the 'nerves' defense is going to fly.
