Thanks to the dsrker skys and not being in a city, I managed to use an old telescope I inherited last night to see Saturn and it's rings :banana:

Friday night was clear, but Saturday had quite a bit of cloud.

I did manage to relocate Saturn though.

Something i have always wanted to do!

Was it a gathering of people or just a lone outing?

Initially it was on my owon on the Friday, but when I located Saturn a number of members had a look, and then went inside.

It was not a specific church activity.
