That's pretty shocking, unless the 29 year old was quite short, had a squeaky voice and had a fairly smooth face (i.e. with only a bit of stubble). Even so though, it's quite sickening to think that a 29 year old paedophile was going around a school pretending to be a 12 year old! That's taken it quite a few steps further than what we normally associate paedos with doing when trying to get amongst children...

There was a story in Scotland a few years back about a guy of about 28 that wanted to go to university to study medicine so he pretended he was 17 or something and enrolled in school and did exams.

He even appeared in a school musical but no-one twigged he was 28.

There was no suggestion it was like this case though.

Surely they have meetings with parents before allowing a child to enrol at a school! I know they do here, my friend has just had to take her daughter along to meet the headteacher at the local school she is hoping for her to go to.

I know there are some pretty young looking blokes about but come on get real, the guy was wearing make up how could they not notice that!

The 28 yr old passing as 17 is semi understandable, Im 28 and get asked for ID in clubs and when i buy cigs. I also used to get kiddy fare on the bus.
