I can understand what he is trying to do (work hard and make the best hut) but the way he goes about it is wrong. Last year the two "leaders" were diplomatic about how they got everyone to muck in but this way will only backfire for Lorenzo...he is loosing more and more support and he doesn't have the leadership qualities needed to get the most out of everyone.
