What was the "decline point" of each series?

BB8: Charley's eviction (although I still think the Halfway House week was pretty good)
BB15: Toya's eviction
BB16: 4 In 4 Out eviction

You could probably argue that Narinder's (BB2) and Heaven's (BB12) evictions were turning points too.

BB11: Week 5 onwards. Sunshine's eviction pissed me off but Week 4 ended up being my favourite week of the series funnily.

BB15: Week 4 onwards. Not because Toya left though (her going annoyed me because I wanted Ash gone, not because she was a great HM in her own right because she wasn't, she had one good week preceded by two awful ones).

BB16: 4 In, 4 Out onwards.

The decline point for BB15 was when Helen was given a pass to the final on Day 2. One of the worst ideas they've ever had

BB7 - unwatchable when nikki left
BB8 - After Charley's eviction but like hayden said the halfway house was still a tad entertaining.
BB9 - when the rich/poor divide happened.
BB10 - Karly leaving
BB11 - started falling after sunshine left but completely dropped when ben was evicted - also the focus on jj and josy was the main reason it was a bore.
BB12 - Jem leaving
BB13 - Never
BB14 - after the safe house.
BB15 - after toya left
