When you go to the hairdressers/barbers , what do you ask for?

I've gone to the same barber since I was five so he knows me and unless I ask for something new he just gives me the usual.

don't need to say nothing to my barber - just sit and its done - as for the cost - it makes my hair fall out ever time so that's got to be a bonus.
