If he had a plan he should share it. If he didnt have a plan he shouldnt have persuaded 52% of the country to set their house on fire. Hes ran away in the hope that he wont be made accountable for the ashes. No better than a common criminal. A liar and a twat.

I am afraid you dont seem to understand politics. He is an MEP, he is not an MP he isnt in the government so could never have done anything after the result and never promised to do so. His raison d'etre was to get the UK out of the EU, that was always his stated aim.

What you seem to want does not and cannot exist. We have an elected Government that will execute the Brexit.
