Okay, as Marks lawyer apparently I have to support him.
Sooo... The baby act of 1976 (Yes it exists, shh) states that as the break up was mutual, Mark is in no way inclined to pay child benefits or child support to Sophie.

In concordance with the Law, my client is not required to take responsibility for this child as it was born in wedlock!
Furthermore, I have already outlined that this also means my client is not required to pay any sort of support as breakup was mutual.

The reason my client is unaware of my degree levels is because I like to keep my private life private. It's called professionalism!

Both parents were simply in a partnership as opposed to being married. Henceforth, my client (Mark) is not required to take responsibility for the child, and furthermore does not need to pay any form of support unless he agrees otherwise.

The DNA results have not yet been produced, as we are aware your client was showing inclinations to other males!
Furthermore, the sperm provided was provided in wedlock with no clear commitments from either parties!

We never know what goes on behind closed doors, that may or may not have included sperm. :nono:
Furthermore, there has yet been proof that there was sperm involved in the former Mophie relationship! Simply a claim that my client has yet to comment on since the mother has refused DNA tests!
