Some bars might have it on.

They used to have BB in bars when I went on holiday when BB was on channel 4z having said then BB was good and popular on Channel 4 so maybe they don't anymore.

Youtube usually is 720p HD, it's blocked in the UK but you should find uploads very easilly when abroad.
