Idk I'm glad it's not running into September, but then I'm annoyed they've cut BB short just for this.

A mess at it finishing before CBB16 had even launched last year.

The gap between BB16 and CBB16 was awful and completely killed any excitement for the series imo so I'm glad they aren't doing that again.

(That's part of the reason why it flopped imo)

I agree. I did enjoy CBB16 but it was probably why it flopped and it was horrible having BB off for a big portion of the summer. From late July to late August we had no BB on - it felt like a waste considering that's the summer holidays. (It's weird that BB1/BB2/BB3/BB4 used to finish just as the summer holidays began too - I always thought it was a big summer holidays event and it didn't even air in the summers holidays).
