I'm not a member of Piczo so can't view the banners, but if this person is 'stealing' banners and using them on her own site without giving credit to the creators or where they were originally sourced, then she deserves to be reported.

yeah i've complained and i think everyone else shoud send complaints too, in to that address that Kaz gave us...the more complains, the more possiability Piczo will do something about it. i can't believe she just took them!!! evil!
